Cambridgeshire Training & Consultancy Ltd. (CTC) is a UK training provider delivering a wide range of accredited and bespoke, open and in-house language, vocational and personal development training courses for all types of organisations.

The company was founded in 2007 by Kareem Al-Ghazo and Samantha Wagstaff with the objective of providing internationally recognised language training courses in addition to vocational courses relevant to the needs of both the local organisations and individuals. We work with clients to analyse their training needs and develop solutions that deliver what the client wants. The company has grown considerably and has gained partnership agreements enabling a blend of funded and full cost programmes to be developed thus allowing the delivery of cost effective tailored solutions.

Recent Projects:

• Designed and delivered a bespoke French language programme to an international manufacturer based on both technical and conversational language requirements of the delegates

• Conducted a training needs analysis for a recruitment agency and subsequently developed a training programme to fulfil mandatory training requirements and development of key personnel

• Designed and delivered a food safety training programme for a recruitment agency based around the language needs of the delegates

• Designed and delivered a literacy course with embedded health & safety training for a group of senior managers

• Designed and delivered an ESOL course with embedded health & safety for a national food manufacturer

• Designed and delivered a Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector course with embedded Skills for Life provision

• Achieved accreditation from University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations and OCR
